ABOUT THE POSITION
As a project manager at Granitor Systems, you are responsible for driving and leading projects, both in contracting and internal production projects. The role belongs to the Power Systems department, focusing on electrical power and substation contracts. What is unique about this project management role is that you follow the entire process, from the bidding stage to project completion – a job that gives you a comprehensive perspective from start to finish.
Your main task is to plan and execute projects in a business-minded and profitable manner. Daily activities include leading both internal production projects and contracting projects with overall responsibility towards the customer. Responsibilities include material procurement, customer meetings, and ongoing monitoring of quality, finances, and work environment to ensure the success of the projects.
You work closely with the company's designers and subcontractors to deliver comprehensive solutions from the requirements specification to final delivery. Even in the bidding phase, you contribute by calculating new projects and you also drive upselling during ongoing projects. As a project manager, you have both financial and operational responsibility, which means that you manage budgets, invoicing, results, progress, planning, change management, and resource allocation for your projects.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Have completed education in electricity, electrical power, or a related field
- Have experience in a technical role, such as electrician or electrical engineer
- Have several years of experience in project work with a focus on leadership, project economics, and financial forecasting
- Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Hold a valid B driver's license, as travel is part of the job
It is advantageous if you have
- Knowledge of construction law, BAS-P / BAS-U, as well as experience in result responsibility
