About the Role
As a project manager with us, you'll have comprehensive responsibility for your projects, following them from start to finish – from quotation and planning to implementation and delivery. You'll lead projects, maintain close collaboration with customers, and play a central role in coordinating work internally across departments like design, procurement, and production. The role involves numerous contact points and offers a varied workday.
Your responsibilities include:
• Leading and driving customer-specific projects from start to goal
• Developing quotes and preliminary calculations in dialogue with customers
• Coordinating efforts from designers, procurement, and production
• Ensuring quality, timeline, and budget
• Being a key contact in customer relations and business development
Requirements:
• Technical education, preferably in electrical power engineering
• Project management experience or as a leading electrician or equivalent experience
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
• B driver's license
Advantageous:
• Experience with Monitor ERP
