About the Position
Perido is seeking a Project Manager in Industrialization for our client, a global giant in the automotive industry. The project office where the role will be located consists of 12 people, working together on-site at the office in Vara.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will be the driving force behind projects that implement new products or changes in the factory. You may also lead projects to replace or improve machines and equipment. Your tasks include:
• Leading projects from idea to complete implementation or participating as a sub-project manager in larger projects
• Ensuring delivery within time, budget, and quality
• Developing project plans and tracking milestones
• Managing project budgets and investments
• Motivating and leading the project team
• Ensuring production capacity for SOP (volume & quality)
• Communicating with line organizations and management
• Reporting to steering groups and reference groups
Your Characteristics

Qualifications:
• College or university degree in production technology, automation, or equivalent experience
• Experience in project management and industrialization projects
• Knowledge of automation and manufacturing processes
• Experience with equipment procurement (RFQ, FAT, SAT)
• Understanding of change management and lean principles
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Scope and Commencement
Full-time, consulting assignment for 12 months, with a chance of extension. Start date: 2025-12-08.
