Your Responsibilities
The GSO MGT Business Excellence department is now seeking a project manager who wants to lead cross-functional initiatives and contribute to creating the efficient work methods of the future. Business Excellence consists of a team of approximately 30 dedicated employees working with business development, continuous improvements, and digitalization. They drive change projects that create added value for the entire organization, always focusing on quality, efficiency, and employee engagement.

As a project manager within Business Excellence, you will:
• Lead and drive business development projects focusing on digitalization and process development
• Be responsible for reporting to sponsors, steering committees, PMO, and management
• Initiate and conduct preliminary studies together with representatives from relevant parts of the organization
• Establish project plans and ensure progress towards set goals
• Develop requirements specifications for IT tool development
• Actively work with change management throughout the project lifecycle
• Follow up and support implementation in the organization together with the sponsor
• Contribute to the department's work of spreading best practices and developing our work methods
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who has:
• Experience leading projects in large, global organizations
• Excellent ability to lead workshops, compile results, and present in a pedagogical manner
• Excellent language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience with IT and process development projects
• Solid experience with change management in complex organizations
• Knowledge of business systems such as SAP and SFDC (Salesforce)
