About this role

Cybercampus Sweden is a national initiative and collaboration between universities, research institutes, government agencies, and companies across Sweden. Cybercampus Sweden aims to conduct pioneering and agile research, innovation, and education in cybersecurity and defense, supporting all societal sectors. The organization will address needs not currently met by other actors in the cybersecurity field. Its objective is to achieve results beyond the capabilities of individual organizations to increase cybersecurity, strengthen societal defense capabilities, and Sweden's competitiveness. Cybercampus Sweden will, as a unifying national force, contribute to strengthening Sweden's capacity and expertise. Cybercampus operations are currently primarily based in Stockholm. The team consists of 15 skilled colleagues, each with their own areas of responsibility, working towards a common goal and sharing tasks and experiences. Cybercampus Sweden is now seeking one (1) Project Manager for Educational Issues (temporary position). Job Responsibilities The Project Manager will be responsible for identifying, planning, implementing, and following up on activities and projects within Cybercampus Sweden's educational mandate (continuing and further education). Tasks will be performed in close collaboration with colleagues in the education team and research and innovation teams. Responsibilities include proactively developing effective routines and work processes within their area of responsibility. Success in the role requires naturally collaborating with other activities and projects within Cybercampus Sweden and external parties. The Project Manager role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously with various short and long-term deadlines. Qualifications Requirements - Higher education in a relevant field, or experience deemed equivalent by the employer - Several years of documented project management experience - Crucial to have a good understanding of focusing on activity or project results rather than delivery - Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office - Extensive computer skills and experience with digital collaboration tools and project administrative support systems - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English as required in daily work Personal Characteristics To succeed as a Project Manager, we seek someone who is goal and result-oriented with the ability to drive multiple parallel projects towards clear objectives.
