We are now seeking an experienced consultant who can drive work on data-driven KPI development and establishing Data Governance within a leading actor in the real estate sector.
The goal is clear – to create a modern, data-driven organization where decisions are based on facts and insights, and where data is seen as a strategic asset for future business and AI initiatives.
The Assignment
As project manager, you will be responsible for:
• Leading the development of data-driven KPIs for different business areas and creating a shared understanding of what truly drives the business.
• Mapping systems, data sources, and data domains to build a sustainable foundation for Data Governance.
• Ensuring clear data ownership, quality, and structure in the data landscape.
• Driving workshops and dialogues with the business to capture needs and translate them into concrete data requirements.
• Presenting results, analyses, and recommendations in a pedagogical and engaging manner.
• You will have a key role in supporting both management and the business in the data-driven transformation – from current state to future ways of working.
Your Profile
To succeed in the assignment, we seek someone who has:
• At least 5 years of experience in data and analysis areas, such as BI consultant, data architect, data analyst, or similar.
• Documented experience with data-driven projects and KPI development linked to business benefits.
• Strong understanding of IT architecture, data platforms, and data source integration.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud infrastructure is meritorious.
• Good insight into Data Governance, including data ownership, metadata, data quality, and information modeling.
• Ability to translate business needs into data requirements and build structure where it is lacking.
• Excellent communication skills – comfortable leading workshops, creating consensus, and explaining complex connections in a simple way.
• A self-driven, structured, and results-oriented approach that prioritizes based on business value.
• Experience from the real estate industry or other asset-intensive business is a major plus, as well as previous assignments where you have helped organizations take the step towards a more data-driven culture.
Location: Stockholm (Hybrid approx. 2-3 days per week)
Assignment Period: 2026-12-01 - 2026-12-31
