About the position
In the role of Property Technology Project Manager at Caverion on the AstraZeneca site in Mölndal, you will take on a key role responsible for driving various projects. The projects are conducted in accordance with established project models. The project manager handles daily communication with clients and employees, prepares calculations that form the basis for quotes, and regulates upcoming projects. The role offers significant autonomy but also places high demands on financial outcomes and customer satisfaction for long-term relationships.
Responsibilities include, for example:
• Leading and driving property-related projects in accordance with set goals, budgets, and timelines.
• Interpreting customer needs and specifications to develop optimal solutions.
• Coordinating resources, both internal and external, to ensure effective project delivery.
• Being responsible for project budgets and cost control.
• Preparing and presenting project reports and documentation.
The role is based at Caverion’s department at the AstraZeneca site in Mölndal, and you report to the department manager.
Are you the one?
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have at least five years of experience in project management within property technology – such as electrical, plumbing, ventilation, or control systems – as well as good experience in budgeting, cost monitoring, and calculations. You should also have the ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation accurately. Additionally, you must hold certifications for both BAS U and BAS P. Excellent skills in Excel and other components of the Office suite are required, as well as good proficiency in both Swedish and English.
