Project Manager Property & Infrastructure

We are looking for a Project Manager for Property & Infrastructure for an authority within traffic. This is a consultancy assignment. The position is part-time at 60%. The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which requires a high degree of flexibility and teamwork. **The Assignment** The role involves driving and coordinating issues related to the reception and management of properties within a larger interchange. The Project Manager is responsible for overall coordination between various projects and workgroups, as well as initiating and leading impact assessments regarding technology, ownership, operations, and maintenance. The role also includes preparing decision-making materials for additional investments and ensuring progress through coordination with line operations and other relevant stakeholders. **Responsibilities** - As a facilitator, drive and coordinate work on issues related to property and property law, as well as with trading partners. - Coordinate recipients within line operations to ensure progress by preparing and providing updates. - Initiate and lead impact assessments of technology choices, including legal effects, impacts on maintenance agreements, and maintenance methods. - Initiate and lead impact assessments of ownership, operations, and maintenance, including legal effects, impacts on maintenance agreements, and maintenance methods. - Identify and prepare decision-making materials for additional investments needed to accommodate the relevant mode of transport. - Coordinate overarching issues between workgroups and with other programs as needed. - Be responsible for coordination among the various projects within the interchange and, if necessary, around local train stations, including advertising, signage programs, and passenger flows. - Drive and coordinate other issues related to the property area. **Requirements (Mandatory)** - Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. - At least 10 years of experience working in project or property development within construction and real estate. The consultant must have worked on at least one large (minimum 100 million SEK), technically complex project. - Worked within a construction contracting company for at least 10 years as a project developer, property developer, or project manager. - At least one year of experience in a construction project for a public client. - The consultant must have at least one year of experience working with operations and maintenance agreements. **Meritorious** - Current BAS-P training (no older than 10 years). - The consultant has worked on an OPS project, i.e., a project in public-private partnership. - At least one year of experience from infrastructure projects (e.g., railway, tram, subway, bus, highway, interchanges, stations, etc.). **About Us** Centio's overarching goal is to be a consultancy that offers smart and sustainable solutions that positively develop society.
