Project Manager / Feasibility Study Leader – Major Public Infrastructure OperatorSenior • Stockholm/Arlanda • 25% Remote • December 1, 2025 – December 1, 2026 About the Client Our client is one of Sweden's largest publicly-owned infrastructure operators, operating around the clock, year-round, with a central mission: to enable safe transportation, travel, logistics, and meetings throughout the country. The client manages and develops key societal nodes where sustainability, climate responsibility, and technological innovation are at the forefront. An extensive initiative is now being launched to enhance the management and analysis of environmental data – a key area for the sustainable operations and reporting of the future. Assignment The client is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Feasibility Study Leader to lead the work of centralizing and digitizing environmental data (e.g., from external consultants, analyses, GWP, and measurements) into the organization’s data warehouse. The goal is to create conditions for advanced analysis and visualization in both 2D and 3D-based GIS environments. The assignment includes both a feasibility study and an implementation project, where you will be a key person in creating clear structures, delivery plans, and business benefits. The feasibility study will specifically: • Map stakeholders' needs for environmental and analytical data • Identify which data types must be structured in the data warehouse and GIS • Recommend storage structure and target architecture for environmental data • Propose a prioritization order based on business benefits and technical dependencies • Establish an implementation plan with clear steps, responsibilities, and timelines The implementation project will: • Implement environmental analysis data in the data warehouse and GIS • Develop requirements procedures to ensure correct data inflow in future orders • Establish processes for data collection, data quality, and sustainable data operations • Create training materials and principles for access and permissions • Conduct training for relevant target groups Required Qualifications You must meet the following: • At least 4 years as a project manager/feasibility study leader within IT • Experience with data warehouses, BI, and GIS • Good knowledge of XLPM or similar project models • Understanding of environmental data and its use for analysis and reporting • Experience conducting stakeholder analysis in complex organizations • Experience designing routines for data collection, data inflow, and data quality • Excellent communication skills • Fluent in Swedish and English Meritorious • Experience from the infrastructure sector, industry, energy, environmentally intensive operations, or similar • Experience in data requirements specification for procurement • Higher education in environmental science, systems science, GIS, or equivalent • Experience with integrated BI/GIS architecture or AI-based analysis Personal Attributes You are structured, analytical, and accustomed to creating progress.
