You will participate in a team responsible for installation management within Bypass Stockholm, called the Installation Section. As an Installation Project Manager, you are one of the key personnel in our organization. Your primary work involves leading design and contract work for one of our installation projects as a sub-project manager. You have delivery and results responsibility together with your project group consisting of other project managers, project engineers, specialists, and installation managers. The Project Manager role involves responsibility for time, cost, and content, as well as managing a large design assignment and a major contract. The role also includes tasks in the client organization where workplace environment issues are high on the agenda. You will work on your current sub-project with other project managers. Extensive collaboration with suppliers is included, as a significant portion of deliveries is performed by contracted consultants and contractors. You will become part of a well-composed team where we collectively drive a complex, long-term, and challenging project with great development opportunities in a pleasant and modern work environment. To support your work, you will also have a large group of specialists with comprehensive competence in the technical disciplines included in the project. Qualifications Who are you? We are seeking someone who: • Has a university degree of at least 180 ECTS credits in a technical field or equivalent education and experience • Several years of current work experience as a project manager, site manager, or similar leading position • Experience working with economics, budgets, and follow-up • Experience with installations, such as HVAC, control systems, electrical, or ventilation • Contract experience and negotiation skills • Worked with workplace environment issues • Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish • English language skills in speech and writing • Possess a valid driver's license for passenger vehicles Advantageous if you have: • Experience with complex technical installations including scheduling, coordination, and similar Application The questions you answer when submitting your application will form the basis for our initial selection.
