About the Assignment
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager in land development and exploitation for one of the most expansive municipalities in the Stockholm area. In this key role, you will plan, coordinate, and drive urban development projects that create sustainable living environments for the future.
You will be central to maintaining the process between the municipality's internal functions, external parties, contractors, and residents. The assignment requires both strategic insight and operational capability, along with a keen eye for quality, time, and budget.
Your Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will:
- Lead and drive projects in land development and exploitation from planning to implementation.
- Coordinate the work between the municipality, developers, consultants, and contractors.
- Ensure that projects comply with applicable legislation, detailed plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Prepare decision-making materials and report to steering groups and project organizations.
- Contribute to sustainable urban development by integrating ecological, social, and economic perspectives.
- Act as a requirements setter and quality assurer of technical documents and investigations.
- Represent the municipality in internal and external forums.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has solid experience in project management within land development and exploitation, preferably from municipal operations.
- Is confident in driving complex projects at the intersection of technology, law, and urban development.
- Has a very good understanding of the planning and building process as well as relevant regulations.
- Is communicative, self-driven, and structured.
- Easily collaborates and builds trust with various stakeholders.
- Has native proficiency in Swedish.
