Project Manager (Epic Owner) Opportunity
We are seeking a Project Manager (Epic Owner) for a client assignment starting January 2026, lasting through the end of the year.
The consultant will drive the epic "Access to Our Client's Business Systems on Mobile Service Offices"
The epic will be responsible for needs collection and development coordination across multiple business areas to meet SSC's system/information access requirements from mobile service offices.
The working method is based on SAFe and portfolio management at our client, with epic implementation occurring in their development trains.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the following areas:
• Developing a comprehensive needs overview
• Development of portal for mobile office access
• Development of temporary display area in MAY to enable phasing out of Internal Customer Image
• Coordinating workflow and information display development across multiple business areas
• Coordination with client's Technical Services regarding infrastructure deliveries
This includes being responsible for:
• Ensuring business needs are translated into requirements
• Developing a target image for the holistic solution
• Planning and creating roadmap for the above
• Defining development activities as features/enablers with Product Managers/Product Owners to realize roadmap

Required Competencies/Experience:
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in project management / epic ownership
• Experience as epic owner for a large initiative requiring high-level collaboration across multiple business areas/trains
• Work experience in a large government agency or organization
Preferred Criteria:
• Experience developing inter-agency solutions
• Experience systematically capturing needs from multiple customers/users
• SAFe experience in roles other than epic owner
Security Screening:
The client is subject to security protection legislation, which may involve placement in a security classification requiring consultant security vetting.
Terms and Conditions:
• Fixed-term full-time position from 02-Jan-2026 to 30-Dec-2026
• 40 hours per week with extension option
• Collective agreement applied
• Primary work location: Client's office in Sundbyberg, Stockholm
• Limited remote work possibility
• No sub-consultants permitted
