About this role
Project Manager for Agricultural Contracts
At Heidelberg Materials Precast Abetong, our work is about more than just concrete elements – we are building the homes, agricultural, and infrastructure products of the future. But we are also building something internally, together: security, community, and pride.
About the Role
As a project manager, you will be responsible for the execution of our agricultural projects with significant commitments to our clients. You will serve as the cohesive link between the client and the contractor, coordinating the construction planning. This may require a high level of presence on construction sites, primarily in southern Sweden, to lead the project toward its set goals.
The role suits you if you are results-oriented, structured, engaged, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You see opportunities in changes, find new solutions, and seek simplifications that make us the obvious choice for the customer. With your unpretentious approach, you communicate easily with others and meet your surroundings with a positive attitude. You are curious about new programs, grasp them quickly, and are eager to share your knowledge. You enjoy collaborating and being part of a team. The position is based at our office in Växjö or in Malmö/Hyllie.
About the Agricultural Division
Heidelberg Materials Precast Abetong is a market leader in the agricultural sector, with our largest customer groups being Sweden's farmers and smaller construction firms. We offer a comprehensive concept ranging from the delivery of complete buildings to individual standard products. This position is part of our long-term strategy to provide our customers with construction contracts with greater commitments from our side. You will thus become a key person in this development.
With us, you receive:
Security: The stability of a global corporation and the warmth of a local team.
Development: A clear career ladder and internal training programs.
Community: We support each other, celebrate successes, and have fun together.
Benefits: 5,000 SEK for wellness, meal allowances, and initiatives focused on the work environment.
Who We Are Looking For
We believe you will thrive and do a great job with us if you recognize yourself in the following:
- Previous experience in project management or similar tasks within the agricultural sector.
- Education in construction technology (bachelor's degree or equivalent).
- Solid experience in financial project tracking.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Very good command of Swedish, both spoken and written.
- A valid driver's license (B).
Experience with REVIT is certainly a plus but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you want to contribute to doing the job really well, together with us.
