About this role
Stockholm Exergi is the energy company for Stockholm residents, with approximately 800 employees who work daily to reduce the climate impact of Stockholm's population. We heat over 800,000 Stockholm residents, and our 300-kilometer-long district heating network is the hub for the societal benefits we create. We plan to build a carbon capture facility at our bio-combined heat and power plant in Värtan, with the potential to capture 800,000 tons of carbon dioxide per year, which is more than Stockholm's road traffic emits during the same period.

What can we offer you?
As a project manager or contract manager in district heating and cooling at Stockholm Exergi, you will have a key role in developing and managing Stockholm's energy infrastructure. You will lead complex investment projects from feasibility study to implementation and closure, with responsibility for time, budget, quality, and scope. Your main tasks will include:
• Driving projects within district heating and cooling distribution
• Participating in major renovations and expansions of the distribution network
• Preparing documentation for budget and investment decisions
• Participating in strategic decisions, procurement, and evaluations
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including the City of Stockholm
• Contributing to development forums and contract process improvements
The position is a permanent employment with daytime hours, based at our office campus in Hjorthagen.
The role is security-classified, so you will need to have a approved security clearance before starting employment.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree from a college/university with a relevant orientation for the role (Requirement)
• Experience in driving, coordinating, and managing small and large projects (Requirement)
• Experience working with distribution pipelines (Requirement)
• Class B driver's license
