Do you want to be part of driving energy initiatives at Falun's largest property company? We are currently seeking a project manager focused on energy for the building and development department at Kopparstaden.
About the role:
As a project manager, you will be responsible for both smaller and larger energy projects, including HVAC, electrical systems, control systems, and ventilation. Some projects will be initiated by you based on energy statistics analysis, while others will be part of our planned maintenance.
You will oversee the entire execution of your projects, from start to finish, including communication and information flow with authorities, internally within the company, and with other relevant project participants. You will lead the design work by preparing procurement documents and contract documentation. Together with our purchasers, you will be responsible for procuring contractors for implementation.
During the implementation phase, you will be responsible for project management, ensuring that the project meets the defined expectations.
Projects may also include minor renovations and repairs. Examples of projects include: IMD (individual metering and billing), heat exchangers, ventilation units, heat tunnels, SRÖ (control, regulation, monitoring), and review of meter structures.
You will work closely with other members of the energy group, such as experts in electrical and HVAC systems, operational technicians, and controllers.
You will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our climate goals and meet upcoming energy requirements, including the implementation of an energy management system according to EED by 2026.
About the team:
You will be part of a dedicated team of six people with various specialist competencies. We have a strong teamwork culture with a focus on collaboration and support in projects. The energy group is part of our building and development department, which includes an additional nine colleagues.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a higher education in HVAC or equivalent technical training/experience
- Has experience in project management and various aspects of the construction process
- Has worked with budgeting, procurement, and quality control
- Is a good administrator and enjoys developing work methods
- Has good knowledge of the Office suite and is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written

Monthly salary according to agreement. A driving license (B) is required.
