Job Description As a project manager, you are responsible for driving electrical projects from start to finish – planning, economics, time, and quality. You will lead projects in both new construction and maintenance of electrical technical facilities, ensuring that work complies with ESA, Electrical Safety Act, and applicable standards. You will coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and consultants, follow up on project economics and timeline, participate in customer meetings, and lead work in the field. The role involves a broad responsibility – technically, administratively, and economically – where you have significant freedom to shape your work and influence results. The position is located within District North, preferably based in Sundsvall, Östersund, or Umeå, but other locations within the district may also be possible. Who We Are Looking For We are seeking someone with experience in project management within electrical distribution or the energy industry, preferably with a background as a preparer, distribution electrician, or similar. You thrive with responsibility, enjoy planning, coordinating, and following up – and have a natural ability to create structure and build good relationships. We prefer candidates who have: • At least high school education, preferably in electricity/energy • Experience in project management or team leadership in electrical distribution • Good understanding of economics, calculation, and follow-up • Class B driver's license • Swedish and English in speech and writing Meriting Factors: Project management certification (e.g., PMP, EBR, ESA), knowledge of AB04/ABT06, experience in contract law or BAS P/U. We offer a permanent position with a six-month probationary period, flexible working hours (07:30–16:00) with the possibility of hybrid work up to two days per week.
