In your role, you will plan, lead, and direct projects towards established goals. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the project's finances and timeline from start to finish. In addition, you will participate in everything from market monitoring and bidding to project implementation, as well as quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety work. This position is based in Örebro/Norrköping or Sundsvall. **Personality and Competencies** You have an electrical engineering/power engineering education or equivalent knowledge and experience deemed comparable by the employer. You need to have experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership abilities. To succeed in this role, you need to be proactive and goal-oriented, with good communication skills. You also have a financial mindset and enjoy driving business. As a person, you are responsible and have a natural ability to structure and plan your work. You always act with safety in focus and are passionate about building relationships. A valid B driver's license is required.
