Ebu, project manager in electricity distribution What will my responsibilities be? In the role of Project Manager, you will have independent responsibility for everything related to your projects. You will manage and lead projects towards established goals regarding time, budget, resources, and quality. As a project manager, you will be a key person in ensuring the success of our projects and contributing to the company's overall objectives. You will primarily lead projects for Eon throughout the East district, involving both new construction as well as renovation and maintenance of technical facilities. You will plan to ensure that the work is carried out according to the wishes of customers and other stakeholders, maintaining the overall coherence of the project. Examples of tasks include: - Independently leading projects within electricity distribution (up to 36kV - medium voltage) and renewing existing networks. - Being responsible for scheduling, financial monitoring, and risk management. - Daily management and coordination of multiple work teams, including close collaboration and dialogue with leading installers. - Planning and ensuring that ground and installation work is performed according to customer wishes and timelines. - Visiting work sites at least once a week and maintaining close dialogue with clients and installers. - Managing orders, resource allocation, invoicing, and reporting. - Participating in client and construction meetings and ensuring a safe working environment for both in-house staff and subcontractors. To succeed in this role, you need to: - Have prior experience in electricity distribution – either as a project manager, electrical designer, preparer, or distribution electrician. - Have knowledge/training related to AB04/ABT06. - Have knowledge/training related to BAS U, BAS P, AMA, ESA & EBR. - Be proficient in Excel and well-versed in the Office suite. - Hold a valid B driver's license. - Be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You need to have at least a high school education and good technical knowledge in electrical power, which you have acquired through practical experience in the field, for example as a service technician or control systems engineer. It is an advantage if you have a bachelor's degree in electrical power engineering. You are excellent at financial and performance monitoring, and it is a plus if you have training as a project manager and/or in electricity.
