Company Presentation Our client, operating in safe and environmentally friendly waste management, is now seeking a Project Manager for operations and facilities. Here, you will have the opportunity to work in a forward-looking organization that develops processes and technology for more sustainable material recycling. This is initially a consulting assignment for 12 months via Unik Resurs, with a very good chance of extension, as the client is open to hiring after the first year.
Job Responsibilities and Areas of Responsibility In the role of Project Manager, you will have a broad responsibility where you both drive development projects and support the daily operations of the facility. You will work closely with the business, collaborate nationally, and contribute to technological development within the industry.
Responsibilities • Develop financial calculations and decision-making materials for the development of the facility's processes
• Act as technical support for production and operations
• Participate in projects alongside colleagues at the national level
• Monitor and contribute to technological development and the development of new material recycling concepts
• Participate in negotiations with consultants, suppliers, and customers
• Coordinate regulatory contacts regarding notifications and permits in environmental matters
• Manage and develop documentation related to processes, self-monitoring, and environmental goals
• Ensure that management systems and processes are followed
Your Profile We are looking for someone who is communicative, structured, and analytical. You thrive in a role where you work independently but also collaborate closely with other functions.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in engineering, civil engineering, agronomy, or equivalent education
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Several years of experience in project management within operations and facilities in the industry
