Prowork Göteborg AB is currently seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager, Site Manager, or Foreman in construction for an exciting consulting assignment with one of our growing clients. The assignment starts immediately, and for the right candidate, there is an opportunity to transition to a direct employment with the client after the probationary period with Prowork.
About the Assignment
Our client has experienced strong growth and now needs to strengthen their team with someone who can take overall responsibility for ongoing and upcoming projects. You will work on projects primarily involving facade renovations and larger window replacements, where you are expected to quickly familiarize yourself with the projects and take over the leadership.
Your Main Responsibilities
• Lead, coordinate, and motivate a larger workgroup and subcontractors
• Be responsible for purchasing and contract writing with subcontractors
• Drive projects from start to finish, including financial follow-up
• Manage legal and administrative aspects related to the projects (ABT06, handling of changes, contracts)
• Work hands-on at the construction site and support the team where needed
• Ensure a safe working environment according to BAS-U and BAS-P
• Maintain good customer contact and represent the company professionally
We Are Looking For Someone Who
• Has experience as a foreman, site manager, or project manager in construction
• Has solid experience in facade renovations and larger window replacements
• Is confident in leading subcontractors, negotiating, and writing contracts
• Enjoys being on-site and can step in where needed
• Has excellent written communication skills and familiarity with legal aspects of construction projects
• Is positive, driven, solution-oriented, and wants to develop long-term with the client
• Is social and accustomed to managing customer relationships
