Project Manager - Mountain, Construction & Steel Structures

We are seeking an experienced project manager who wants to take full responsibility for technically advanced projects in rock, construction, and steel structures. In this role, you will drive projects from the early idea phase to final delivery, ensuring that quality, budget, timeline, and safety are maintained at the highest level. As a project manager, you will be the central link between the client, design, production, and subcontractors. You will lead the project team, create structure, and ensure that all parts work together to deliver a sustainable and efficient result. Your responsibilities: • Plan, lead, and follow up on projects in rock, construction, and steel structures. • Ensure that projects are delivered according to agreed requirements regarding quality, budget, and timeline. • Coordinate design, production, and external suppliers/subcontractors. • Actively work with risk management, work environment, and safety. • Conduct financial follow-up, cost estimation, and forecasting. • Serve as a communicative link between all project stakeholders. Mandatory qualifications: • At least 5 years of experience in project management within construction/infrastructure. • Documented experience in rock contracts, steel structures, and/or infrastructure projects. • Good knowledge of construction law (AB/ABT, AMA). • Experience in financial follow-up, cost estimation, and forecasting. Desirable: • Experience with collaborative projects. • Experience from Stockholm Exergi is a plus but not a requirement.
