Project Manager for Grensedagarna BRIDGE
We are seeking a project manager who wants to help develop Arvika Business Center by driving and implementing our development project Grensedagarna BRIDGE (www.grensedagarna.no).
At our organization, you will become part of an operation that contributes to strong and sustainable growth for both businesses and residents in Western Värmland.
About the Role
As project manager, you will lead work from concept to result. You will drive processes forward, plan and coordinate activities, and ensure goals are achieved. The role combines strategic and operational work, where you both coordinate and personally implement parts of the projects.
You will receive support from colleagues in finance, administration, and communication, providing excellent conditions to focus on progress and results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate projects from start to finish
• Plan, implement, and follow up on activities, budget, and timeline
• Collaborate with companies, public actors, and other partners
• Document and evaluate project results
Who We're Looking For
We seek someone with experience leading large projects, preferably involving multiple parties and funders. You are a structured and relationship-building individual who enjoys driving work forward.
You have the ability to transform plans into action, take initiative, and ensure things get done. The role requires both leading the work and actively participating in implementation.
Qualifications:
• Relevant education or equivalent experience
• Documented project management experience
• Proficiency in budget tracking, reporting, and results presentation
• Experience planning and executing events, conferences, or large meetings
• Excellent ability to communicate clearly and professionally in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
Preferred:
• Experience with Interreg or other EU-funded projects
• Familiarity with projects involving multiple partners and funders
• Knowledge in communication and marketing, ideally with experience in design, advertising, and social media
