Tingsrydsbostäder AB is a municipally owned housing company that owns and manages apartments and premises throughout Tingsryd Municipality. The company also manages the municipality's properties such as service houses, schools, preschools, and sports halls.
As one of our project managers is soon to retire, we are now seeking their successor. We are looking for a project manager for both larger and smaller projects within maintenance, renovation, and new construction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a project manager, you will be responsible for renovations, additions, maintenance projects, and reinvestment projects on behalf of the property manager. You will work with both our own properties and, more importantly, the properties managed on behalf of Tingsryd Municipality. You will play a significant role in both budgeting and follow-up work.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking a construction engineer and/or someone with project management experience in construction or related fields. Experience with a municipally owned organization is considered an advantage.
You are skilled at identifying problem areas and finding alternative solutions with a cost-effective approach. At the same time, you understand that implementing changes and achieving optimal solutions takes time.
As a person, you are service-oriented, cheerful, communicative, and self-driven. You are also committed, persistent, and unpretentious. You see working in groups and closely collaborating with other stakeholders as a significant advantage.
