We are now seeking a Project Manager who wants to take responsibility for strategic and tactical projects within growth initiatives. The role is broad, independent, and offers great variety – perfect for those with strong drive who enjoy working at the intersection of strategy and operational implementation.
What You Will Do
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving larger commercial projects that are often cross-functional and outside the existing product portfolio. You will contribute to developing new growth areas, such as in health, process development, and other growth initiatives. The work will be both independent and in close collaboration with the commercial organization, where you will also serve as a strategic sounding board for Commercial Director Maria Dundeberg. You will be partially involved in the commercial management group and actively participate in discussions about business plan design. The role also includes preparing decision-making documentation for major commercial initiatives and supporting the implementation of the commercial management group's business plan.
The role offers great variety in tasks and broad contact surfaces, providing opportunities to collaborate with many parts of the organization. You will have the chance to influence the business's strategic direction and participate in the commercial management group's work. Additionally, the position is characterized by an independent working style with significant freedom to shape the role based on your own initiatives and drives.
The role is located in Stockholm and reports to Maria Dundeberg, Commercial Director.
What You Need to Succeed and Thrive
You Have:
- Academic degree, preferably in economics, marketing, or equivalent
- Project management experience, preferably in commercial projects or business-focused projects
- Commercial background, such as category manager, product manager, or other role in marketing/sales
- Project management experience in FMCG
- Good administrative skills and IT proficiency
- Excellent Swedish and English skills, both verbal and written
It is also meritorious if you have:
- Experience from the food industry
