With our growth, we aim to further enhance the service level for our customers and are now looking for a new team member for our installation department. We are seeking a Project Manager for Installation & Service based in Gothenburg.
**The Role of Project Manager for Installation & Service**
As the Project Manager for Installation & Service based in Gothenburg, you will be responsible for planning and following up on KOMPAN's installation and service assignments in southern and western Sweden. You will lead our technicians in the field as well as our subcontractors, ensuring that projects are executed according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
You will work closely with sales representatives, field coordinators, and subcontractors to create a smooth process from order to completed facility. This role reports to the Sales Operations Manager at KOMPAN Sweden.

- **Quality-conscious** - you closely monitor the work and ensure that everything meets KOMPAN's standards for safety and finish.
- **Service-oriented** - you maintain a customer focus in all parts of the project and handle deviations professionally.
**We would prefer that you have experience in one or more of the following areas:**
- Experience in project management or work leadership within construction, civil engineering, installation, contracting, or a similar technical field.
- Documented experience in planning, coordinating, and following up on fieldwork or assembly projects.
- Practical experience in assembly and installation in outdoor environments.
- Understanding of work environment, safety, and quality requirements in project settings.
- Experience in leading technicians, assemblers, or subcontractors.
- Basic knowledge of reading drawings and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with working in digital systems for planning, case management, and reporting.
We will place great emphasis on personal qualities and the ability to successfully lead teams. You should also be comfortable with traveling and occasionally staying overnight in different locations for various assignments.
