About the Position:
As a Project Manager at SES Integration, you will have the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with both national and international partners to deliver top-class projects. Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams to ensure progress, deliveries, and quality according to project plans.
• Monitor and report on financial developments to ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the project.
• Ensure close collaboration with both internal and external partners, including international stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Ensure that all processes and deliveries meet quality standards.
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of project execution.
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
• Relevant education in project management, finance, engineering, or another technical background.
• Experience in project management, preferably in the defense industry or similar sectors.
• Good financial understanding and experience in budget management.
• Experience in international collaboration and coordination.
• Strong focus on quality throughout all phases of project execution.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in Swedish and English.
• Structured, solution-oriented, and with a high capacity for work.
