Project Manager

**Assignment Description** The client's IT department is seeking an experienced Project Manager for the Development Value Stream Internal Support. The main task of the assignment is to collaborate with representatives from a sister authority to drive and conduct an investigation aimed at developing a long-term and sustainable strategy for the authorities' joint information separation and inter-agency collaboration. As part of the assignment, the Project Manager will lead the internal work within the client to highlight the authority's guiding principles, describe the necessary transitions for the authority, map out the authority's future needs for changes to achieve a high degree of self-determination and autonomy, and concretize the authority's various needs and priorities related to information separation. **The following tasks are included in the assignment:** - In consultation with representatives from a sister authority, lead the joint investigation. - Manage and direct the investigative work within the client, including financial reporting and documentation. - Participate in requirements gathering together with the business. - Lead workshops with both IT resources and business specialists to map the authority's needs and technical prerequisites. - Compile materials for both the steering group and other decision-makers. At the client, teams work with agile methodologies. In their development teams, they demonstrate strong collaboration skills, the ability to work independently, analytical capabilities, and proactively contribute to the development of the client's operations. **Mandatory Requirements** - At least 8 years of professional experience in managing projects with both technical and business analytical aspects. - At least 6 years of professional experience in projects related to cross-authority strategic work and the establishment of policy documents. - At least 5 years of professional experience in roles related to requirements gathering and infrastructure analysis. - At least 4 years of professional experience in agile system development work within the last 5 years. - Documented professional experience in information separation projects, as well as experience working with both physical and logical information separation. - Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. **Desirable Criteria** - Experience working in a larger government agency or equivalent. - Documented certification in project management. **Your Application** Does this role sound interesting and suitable for you?
