With you as the leading project engineer, we know our projects will succeed, both technically and commercially. You drive, document, coordinate, and ensure that our deliveries not only work on paper but in reality! This is Dendro Lift Dendro Lift has over 50 years of experience in providing safe and ergonomic lifts for heavy vehicles and industry. We currently hold the largest market position, and that’s no coincidence. Our technology is crucial for public transport to function. A X2000 train is 156 meters long – how cool is it that we have the solution to lift the entire train off the ground? We supply both Swedish and European customers. Dendro Lift is part of a larger corporate group along with Ljungsarps Mekaniska and Vaggeryds Maskin, where Swedish-made lifts are produced through Vaggeryds Maskin. The group has a turnover of approximately 190 million SEK, and our team in Uppsala currently consists of five people – but our impact is significantly larger than that. Our Culture You are not just a small cog in a large machine here – you are a central part of the team. We work closely together, share responsibility for our development, and support each other's initiatives. The work environment is casual yet professional, and you have ample opportunities to shape both your role and our processes. A shared interest in technology unites us, and we love solving problems together; the fact that something is complicated and really heavy only makes the challenge more enjoyable. We have a childlike passion for delivering truly large heavy machinery, and we can also take pride in providing solutions that truly make a difference in critical societal infrastructure. Focus in Your Role As a leading project engineer, you will be driving our various largest projects – from request for quotation to finished installation and after-sales. You will be involved from the start, leading projects that often last for months or years. The role requires technical understanding, business logic, and above all, the ability to coordinate many parties. It involves being a part of the whole, from technical sales support to delivery, handover, and follow-up. You need to understand what is actually required to lead an entire construction project. This means you will work with: • Technical requirements specification and project design • Bid documents, delivery terms, and customer dialogue • Quality plans, risk analyses, and documentation • Coordination of installation, construction meetings, and handover • Follow-up of after-sales and customer satisfaction It is a broad role with a lot of responsibility – and a lot of freedom. You are the one who has an overview of our projects. If We Could Wish We are looking for someone with experience driving or coordinating technical customer projects – preferably within industry, construction, or installation. You are accustomed to managing both technology, documentation, and people, and you easily switch between strategy and details. We would like you to have: • Experience in project management with a technical focus • Good knowledge of construction processes and installation requirements • Ability to read drawings and understand construction documents • Experience in technical documentation and quality work • Fluent in Swedish and English – German is a plus • A valid driver's license Do you have an engineering degree? That’s great – but we also value practical experience and technical interest. Perhaps you enjoy tinkering with vehicles, building in CAD, or renovating at home – these are the things that will help you thrive here. Is This the Right Place for You? This role is for you if you have the ability to see the whole picture – how different parts affect each other. You think, “How does this affect the floor structure? And how does it relate to the electrical installation?” For you, every part is important for a project to succeed fully. You are driven by seeing results, and you know that a good project does not happen by chance. It requires knowledge, planning, and decisiveness. You work independently but also enjoy close collaboration with your team. You appreciate structure, take responsibility, and like order – that’s where you make your best contribution. We don’t know exactly where this journey will take us – but we know we have every opportunity to create something truly great. And we know that what we do every day contributes to a more sustainable society. We are proud of that! Good to Know •
