About this role
Do you want to be at the center of some of the most technically complex industrial projects in the Nordics? We are now looking for a project coordinator for our client in Finspång – a role for you who enjoys structure, problem-solving, and managing many moving parts simultaneously.
More about the role as a project coordinator
You will be the right hand of the project managers and the one who connects communication between development, manufacturing, and procurement. The projects involve large, advanced industrial systems and consist of 7–10 sub-projects with their own milestones. Your task is to keep timelines, deliveries, and dependencies on track so that the project managers can focus on the big picture. You will collect and update critical deadlines, push for progress in case of delays, coordinate between departments, and ensure that information flows where it needs to go. The role is very much like being the "navigator" in the project – you need to know who to ask, what to ask about, and when to take action.
The introduction will take place directly in ongoing projects, where you will receive support from experienced project managers and colleagues who know the systems inside and out.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in areas such as production engineering, energy, logistics, or mechanical engineering
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Excellent skills in Excel
Meritorious
• Experience with planning tools (e.g., Oracle, Planview, or MS Project)
• Experience in technically complex industries
• Ambitions for project management in the long term

You are solution-oriented and do not get stuck in a "it can't be done" mindset – you find ways forward and handle obstacles pragmatically. You are communicative, enjoy reaching out to people, and understand the value of relationships in large project flows. The role also requires detective-like problem-solving: you find the right person, the right information, and the right timing. Additionally, you are structured and confident in creating order and clarity in complex processes.
About our client
Our client works with the development and manufacturing of advanced energy technology industrial products in Finspång. The project organization consists of 18 people, of which 17 are project managers and one is a tool owner – an experienced team with low turnover, strong cohesion, and complex assignments with significant technical depth. The demand is high as several larger projects are starting simultaneously, and the organization is growing rapidly.
