Do you also have prior experience in coordination and administration? Then you might be our new project coordinator for internship collaboration! The Education Department is seeking a project coordinator focused on internship collaboration within the practical work life orientation (prao) program. This position is a temporary role where structure, service, and collaboration are central. As a project coordinator, you will work in an administrative and independent capacity. You will join a team with extensive experience and knowledge about processes related to internship coordination. Within our unit, we coordinate internship placements for primary schools, vocational programs in upper secondary schools, higher vocational education, and the work-based learning within universities and colleges. We collaborate with regions, municipalities, and educational providers and provide support throughout the entire internship process. The role of project coordinator predominantly involves establishing contact with companies and organizations, building trust, and demonstrating the value of offering internship placements. You will often be the first point of contact and play a central role in building relationships that make a difference for young people. Your responsibilities will include, among other tasks: • Being an active and present contact person for both schools and workplaces. • Representing the Internship Place in various contexts and generating engagement around the assignment. • Collaborating closely with our member municipalities and supporting their praoprocesses. • Working in our IT system for internship placements and managing simple system administration as well as providing support to our users. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for an individual who finds administration both important and enjoyable and feels confident in driving the work forward. You thrive in a role where structure and service go hand in hand with an outward-facing and engaging approach. You excel at establishing contact, building relationships, and generating interest in our mission, both internally and externally. The tasks are varied, and you must have the ability to switch between different assignments and adapt your work accordingly. You are organized and accustomed to working in various digital administrative IT systems. We see that you need the following capabilities to be able to work with us: • Ability to create good relationships, both in one-on-one conversations and in group meetings. • Ability to present and convey messages and solutions. • Ability to work both independently and in close collaboration with others. • Ability to work and provide training in digital systems and not be afraid to troubleshoot when needed. • Willingness to try new ideas and methods. For this position, a university degree or equivalent post-secondary education is required, along with related experience as assessed by the employer. You should have experience in administrative and service-oriented work, as well as proficiency with systems and the ability to quickly learn new digital tools. It is an advantage if you have prior experience from the education sector or working with youth, particularly the target group of students in adapted primary schools. Good connections with industries and businesses within GR are also favorable, although not a requirement. GR aims for a balanced gender distribution and sees diversity as a strength, where our employees' differences enrich and develop the organization.
