Project Coordinator for Arlanda

Location: Arlanda Airport Start: Immediate! Scope: Consultant Assignment, 6 months with potential extension for the right candidate ABOUT THE POSITION We are now seeking a structured and committed project coordinator for an exciting project at Arlanda Airport, where new lounges are to be built. As a project coordinator, you will be an administrative and practical support to the client's project manager, a key person ensuring the project proceeds according to plan. You will coordinate, follow up, and create structure in a dynamic project where accuracy and collaboration are crucial. You will become part of an experienced and engaged project team, led by the client's project manager. Together, you will work towards common goals in a familiar work environment with short decision-making paths and high commitment. The position is located at the project office at Arlanda Airport, with working hours approximately 07:00–16:00 on weekdays. Work tasks: • Documentation, follow-up, and management of orders • Contact with suppliers and coordination of their efforts • Being the hub between end customer, landlord, project manager, skilled workers, and suppliers • Creating structure and relieving project management • Contributing construction technical expertise and practical understanding ABOUT YOU • Previous experience in construction or contracting industry • Good administrative skills and experience working systematically • Strong collaboration and communication abilities • A responsible and solution-oriented approach • Preferably with project management experience Personal qualities are decisive; we are seeking someone who wants to contribute, takes responsibility, and actively supports the project's goals and quality.
