- Negotiate project-specific purchase orders according to agreed terms
- Ensure compliance with guidelines, purchasing policies, and processes
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Monitor supplier performance and delivery accuracy
- Collaborate with internal functions on purchasing-related issues
- Identify and drive improvements in the supply chain
- Prepare and administer purchase orders
- Communicate delivery and supply risks
- Actively contribute to the organization’s digitalization journey
**Requirements**
- Commercial and financial understanding
- Experience with SAP
- Experience in purchasing, preferably project purchasing
- Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
