About us
Within the Framework Agreement & Local Grid EN team, we are seven dedicated colleagues who together drive the development of coordinated and strategic procurement. We are part of the Purchasing Department, which has a total of 45 employees, where we focus on creating business value, efficiency, and long-term supplier collaborations. In recent years, we have implemented significant changes in our working methods to increase efficiency and create better coordination. Our journey continues, and now we are looking for someone who wants to take the next step with us.
Your role
As a Project Buyer with us, you will lead and execute procurements while ensuring that our national category strategies are put into practice. You will be the commercial contact for suppliers in the procurements carried out and participate in the work of implementing and developing the contract and supplier portfolio across various categories.
Your tasks will include needs and market analyses, participation in project teams with complex procurements, as well as performing supplier follow-ups and regular supplier checks by ensuring delivery through KPIs. You will also support the business in the implementation and management of contracts and in contract-related discussions, where your focus on quality, collaboration, and business benefit will make a difference.
Your experience
To succeed in the role of Project Buyer, we believe you have a higher education in engineering or economics, as well as at least three years of experience in procurement or similar commercial work. You have a good understanding of business processes and procurement, and we would like you to have experience in negotiations and various forms of contracts. You also need basic knowledge of LUF or LOU.
As a person, you are business-minded and analytical, with the ability to balance a holistic perspective and detail focus. You work in a structured manner, maintain high quality in your work, and enjoy driving development and improvements. We are looking for someone who dares to question existing working methods and who, with commitment, collaboration skills, and innovative thinking, wants to contribute to making our procurement processes even more efficient and sustainable.
