You will have numerous contact points, both internally and externally, and work according to established routines while managing urgent matters and contributing to problem-solving. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure good procurement quality based on business needs and drive continuous improvements in the delivery chain. You will become part of a team with ten buyers and a procurement planner. The group collaborates closely with other functions. Primary Responsibilities: • Negotiate project-specific purchase orders according to agreed terms and price lists • Ensure compliance with company procurement policy and guidelines • Develop and formalize supplier communication • Follow up on suppliers' delivery precision • Collaborate with colleagues on procurement-related tasks • Identify and drive improvement initiatives within the supply chain • Create and manage purchase orders • Communicate potential delivery problems affecting the business • Actively participate in the company's digitalization journey Experience and Competence To succeed in the role, we seek someone with procurement experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry, and a strong ability to build positive and effective relationships with both colleagues and suppliers. You are communicative, have good negotiation skills, and are accustomed to influencing and collaborating. Your analysis and problem-solving abilities are well-developed; you are structured and can prioritize your tasks. Commercial and economic understanding are important for success in the role, as is the ability to adapt to different business needs. SAP experience is meritorious.
