On behalf of our client, we are now seeking a consultant for a long-term assignment in the role of Project Engineer. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to secure financial monitoring, clear reporting, and well-functioning processes in the project's daily operations.
About the Role

You actively monitor financial outcomes, analyze budget deviations, and work closely with the project manager in reporting and follow-up tasks.
You also ensure that the project's working methods, routines, and instructions are known and followed by all resources – and you make sure that the project's administrative processes run smoothly and professionally.

• Reviewing and coordinating the review of billing and change order documentation.
• Supporting project management with staffing planning.
• Being responsible for administration related to the onboarding and offboarding of project members.
• Ensuring that document management and filing follow established routines.
• Managing invoices in Agresso according to applicable processes.
• Providing ongoing administrative project support, such as protocol management, meeting planning, and invitations.
• Coordinating and following up on risk management within the project.
• Administering notifications/alerts to designers and contractors and coordinating reviews.
• Conducting investigations and contributing improvement suggestions for the project's development.
Who Are You?
You are structured, communicative, and thrive in a role where order, responsibility, and collaboration are central elements. You work proactively, have good analytical skills, and feel confident in administrative and coordinating tasks. You have a university degree in construction and civil engineering or equivalent competence, previous experience working in infrastructure projects, and at least two years of experience in finance and invoice management, change order documentation, and verification of completed quality.
