Our client is a well-established construction and contracting company with many years of experience in new construction, renovation, and remodeling. They undertake projects for both public and private clients. The position is a direct recruitment, meaning the recruitment process is conducted through Futuria People, but you will be employed directly by the client.
**About the Position**
The role involves working with the estimation and calculation of new projects, where you will be responsible for quantity regulation, cost assessments, and bids. You will prepare project budgets and develop financial forecasts to ensure the profitability of the projects.
You will also be responsible for the purchasing and procurement of both subcontractors and materials, as well as managing contracts, change orders, and the financial follow-up with the client.
Together with other members of the project team, you will participate in scheduling and production preparation and act as support to the site manager and production management as needed. The work also involves ongoing dialogue with clients, suppliers, and partners, ensuring that projects are carried out according to applicable quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety requirements.

**We Are Looking For You Who**
We are seeking someone who has a broad understanding of the construction process and enjoys a role that combines estimation, procurement, and production. To succeed in this role, we envision that you have:
- At least 3 years of experience as a construction engineer or in a similar role – e.g., project engineer, experienced site manager, estimator, or purchaser with experience from production
- Vocational or university education in construction, or equivalent competence through experience
- Good knowledge of contract law, particularly AB 04 and ABT 06
- Familiarity with estimation and project management systems, preferably Next
- Understanding of both technical production and economics
- A valid driver’s license (B category)
To fit this role, we also see that you are structured and analytical while being practical and close to production.
You are communicative and clear, both internally and in contact with clients, suppliers, and partners. As a person, you are independent, responsible, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change.
