About this role
We are looking for a Project Engineer in Coordination and Logistics for the Transport Authority in Stockholm. This is a multi-year consulting assignment. The position is full-time. The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.
**The Assignment**
The Project Engineer plays a central role in ensuring structured and reliable financial monitoring as well as clear reporting of the project's activities within the administration. The role involves actively following up on the project's financial development, analyzing outcomes against the budget, and contributing to the basis for decision-making and planning. The Project Engineer supports the project manager in reporting and follow-up work and ensures that established working methods and instructions are well known and followed by all project resources.
**Responsibilities**
- Compile status, quarterly, and annual reports and conduct parts of status and quarterly meetings for the project.
- Financial monitoring and forecasting work.
- Review and coordinate the review of invoicing and change order documentation.
- Support with staffing planning.
- Responsible for administration related to the onboarding and offboarding of project members.
- Ensure that the project's document management follows established routines and work with record-keeping.
- Invoice management in Agresso according to established procedures.
- Provide administrative project support such as minutes management, meeting planning, sending out invitations, etc.
- Coordinate and follow up on risk management within the project according to established routines.
- Administration of notifications/alerts to the contractor and coordination of reviews.
- Conduct various types of investigations as assigned to develop the project.
**Requirements (Mandatory)**
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Higher education in construction and civil engineering or equivalent competence acquired in other ways (e.g., vocational training in construction technology, measurement technology, or construction management).
- At least 2 years of experience working in infrastructure projects.
- At least 2 years of experience working with finance and invoice management in digital systems, working with change order documentation, notifications, and verification of completed quality.
- At least 1 assignment involving the management of digital information, MS Office, IT tools, etc., and document management.
**Desirable**
- More than 1 year of experience working as a project engineer/project manager in large infrastructure projects.
- Valid driver's license (B).
- Basic experience in AB, ABT, as well as measurement and compensation regulations according to AMA.
