Project Controller Sought for Exciting Business!

Do you want to combine your financial expertise with a close engagement in project activities? We are now seeking a project controller who wants to work with follow-up, forecasts, and analysis in major projects. In this role, you will work with project economics rather than traditional accounting. Your focus will be on understanding, tracking, and analyzing the financial development of projects. Examples of work tasks: • Continuous monitoring of project economics • Work with successive profit recognition, forecasts, and analyses • Contribute to financial reporting related to the organization's projects • Support project management with decision-making documentation and financial analyses • Have a comprehensive understanding of projects' financial development and contribute to identifying risks and opportunities You will initially be assigned to one project and gradually take on responsibility for more. This is a direct recruitment, which means you will be employed by the company while the recruitment process is managed by us at StudentConsulting. The position is full-time with office hours and will start as soon as the right candidate is found. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking someone who is analytical, curious, and has a positive attitude. You thrive in a role where you can combine your financial expertise with an understanding of how projects work in practice. We would prefer that you have: • College education in economics, preferably with a focus on business economics or project economics • Experience with forecasts, analyses, and follow-up - preferably from project-based operations • Ability to understand how projects can change over time and impact economics • Strong analytical skills and interest in understanding both the numbers and the business behind them • Self-driven work approach and a desire to develop within project economics • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Does this sound like a position for you?
