Your Role at INCON
As a Project Manager at INCON, you take over once the business is won until the building is ready for customer use. You are responsible for project design, procurement, and management of all project parts, with primary focus on economics, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Your mission is to hold together the entire project: planning, budget, timeframes, and profitability. You'll work closely with site managers and customers, serving as a strategic support and sounding board for your colleagues while ensuring projects are driven efficiently and commercially. As a Project Manager, you identify risks, make decisions, and ensure each assignment meets the right technical and economic levels.
Role Responsibilities Include:
• Overall responsibility for planning, economics, quality, and work environment
• Active work with project design, technical solutions, and material selection
• Procurement and negotiation with major suppliers
• Responsibility for change management and contract interpretation
• Ongoing follow-up and financial management of project portfolio
• Strategic support to site managers during production
You will travel as needed for projects, but otherwise have significant freedom to organize your work and time.
Who Are You?
We're seeking someone with a combination of technical competence and business-oriented holistic thinking with high customer focus. You are comfortable with the construction process, experienced in decision-making, and thrive with both freedom and responsibility.
We believe you have:
• At least 7 years of experience in the construction industry
• Experience in project design, procurement, and financial management
• Background in similar roles, or as a site manager with engineering education and interest in the next step
• Ability to lead, communicate, and create structure across multiple projects
