About this role
We are now seeking you who want to help shape the future in Umeå! Skanska currently has over 200 million SEK invested in land in Umeå, which will be materialized into approximately 1,500 housing units in the coming years. In our forward-looking initiative, we need an experienced and business-driven project manager who sees opportunities and development in refining Skanska's construction operations. With us, you'll have the chance to build and develop a team where collaboration, innovation, and shared goals are at the center. Here is an opportunity for you to make a difference - from one stage to another!
Innovation and Community Development from Concept to Project
As our project manager, you'll have a key role leading projects from start to finish - with a focus on long-term customer relationships, quality, and profitability in everything we do. Through value-driven leadership, you'll ensure that the project delivers according to our high standards for work environment, sustainability, and quality.
Your role also includes personnel management and creating motivated teams where you coach and develop your employees through clear goals, responsibility allocation, and a present leadership style. You'll be part of the district's management group and contribute to both strategy and business development.
For Those Who Want to Influence, Develop, and Inspire
We're seeking someone who wants to drive projects and, together with us, move and transform. Leadership thinking already permeates your daily work, and you have the ability to build trust and create long-term customer relationships. Previous experience in personnel management and leading through others is preferred. You are analytical, solution-oriented, and thrive in a changing work environment. You have a genuine interest in developing both projects and people.
For this role, you need:
