ABOUT THE POSITION
In the role of Project Assistant, you'll work in a coordinating and varied position with multiple contact points. Your primary focus will be supporting and providing internal service to project managers, helping to create structure and efficiency in various project components. The team is small, which means we help each other where needed, and each person is crucial to the company's development. The ideal candidate is unpretentious and wants to contribute to good team cohesion.
Lipus reviews and quality assures healthcare providers' training across the country. As a Project Assistant, you'll become part of an engaged team working together to ensure smooth review processes. You'll work with administration, digital tools, and coordination while having a central function in a socially beneficial mission.
WORK TASKS
Work tasks include assisting three project managers in daily operations, primarily by managing digital surveys, compilations, and providing administrative support.
Your responsibilities include:
- Creating and distributing surveys using the digital tool Es-Maker and compiling results
- Administering customer satisfaction surveys and contributing to follow-up routine development
- Proofreading
- Creating and issuing certificates
- Managing incoming emails to function addresses and ensuring the right person receives the right information
- Contributing to developing and streamlining internal processes and working methods
- Playing an active role in documentation, follow-up, and project coordination
- Taking meeting minutes and helping maintain project organization
You'll receive a clear introduction and work closely with your manager and project managers, who will support you in growing into the role.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
- Has experience in administrative work or project support
- Is comfortable working with digital tools and enjoys working structured in processes
- Has good computer and system skills with experience in Office 365 and other business support programs
- Has experience compiling reports and surveys and contributing to process development
- Is unpretentious, service-oriented, and communicative
- Has energy and drive – and is not afraid to take initiative or propose new ideas
- Has excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
It is meritorious if you have:
- Experience as a project assistant or in a coordinating role
- Interest in healthcare and educational issues
- Basic knowledge of AI
