Project Assistant Wanted for Client in Västerås. Are you service-oriented, organized, and thrive in an international environment? As a project assistant, you will host client visits and tests in our large testing room/lab, where we conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) on large motors and generators. You will be an important link between our project managers and our clients – both Swedish and international. The job involves hosting physical client visits, which typically last between 2–4 days. Sometimes tests are conducted digitally, and in those cases, you will be responsible for hosting and coordinating our remote meetings. In addition to the operational hosting role, you will support the project department with administrative tasks such as document management, archiving, handling certificates from suppliers, and preparing final documentation for clients. The position involves varying working hours with both day and evening shifts. The basic working time is 40 hours per week with regular hours between 8 AM and 5 PM, but during test runs, evening work may occur, usually ending around 10:45 PM. During these times, your working hours will shift to start later in the day. Weekend work may occur but is rare. Responsibilities In this role, you will: • Host visitors during FAT – both Swedish and international clients • Be responsible for digital FAT meetings during remote tests • Ensure that visitors receive a professional and service-oriented welcome • Handle administrative tasks related to project documentation • Archive and manage documents and certificates in various systems • Print and compile final documentation for clients • Plan and structure your own and shared tasks together with project managers and the team WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people and thrives in a role where you represent the business externally.
