Project Assistant

We are now looking for project assistants for a consulting assignment with employment at Poolia, working on-site with one of our clients. The assignment is expected to start in December and will last for at least seven months. About the position As a project assistant, you will be a key person in the client's testing room/test lab where large engines and generators undergo various tests. Your main task will be to host Swedish and international visitors during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), where the client or their representatives are present for product testing. These visits typically occur on-site for 2–4 days, but sometimes the tests are conducted digitally, and you will be responsible for hosting the digital meetings. In addition to hosting, you will support the project department with various administrative tasks, such as document management, archiving, printing customer documentation, and handling supplier certificates. The role involves close collaboration with project managers and other project assistants, where you will collectively plan and structure shared tasks. Working hours are primarily scheduled on weekdays between 8 AM and 5 PM (40 hours/week), but evening work may occur during testing, usually until around 10:45 PM. When working evenings, the start time will be adjusted later that same day. Weekend work may occur, but it is rare. Who are you?
