Are you a recent graduate ready for an exciting first step in your professional career? Are you curious about how large companies work with logistics and deliveries? Then this might be the right opportunity for you!
About the Position
Our client in Västerås is currently focused on registering product data in SAP – a crucial step to enable future equipment export. It may sound technical, but you will receive on-site support and training!
As a project assistant, you will contribute to this work by supporting the export control process and working closely with the Supply Chain function. A key part of the role involves tracking supplier deliveries, with regular meetings to ensure timelines are met. When necessary, you will escalate any deviations to the SCM Manager. Since each supplier operates slightly differently, it's beneficial if you are interested in identifying improvement opportunities and open to trying new working methods.
This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Adecco but work at our client's site. We are seeking someone available for immediate start, with the initial assignment running for one year.
About You
You are curious, proactive, and enjoy gathering information and proposing solutions in collaboration with both suppliers and colleagues. You have a service-oriented approach, are social, and are driven by creating structure and improving processes.
Previous experience in a similar role is not required, but we consider it a significant advantage if you have experience working with systems, documentation, and administrative tasks.
Important for the Position:
• Have completed high school and want to start working in administration or logistics
• Comfortable using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
