ABOUT THE POSITION
As a project administrator, you will be a key person in the daily operations and contribute to effective workflows within the organization. The role involves a variety of tasks, including workplace environment reporting, providing administrative support to project managers, and managing the office's vehicles. This is a broad and varied role where no two days are the same, requiring structure and the ability to prioritize. Since a significant portion of your tasks will involve supporting employees, you need to have a clear service mindset and enjoy helping others. You will work closely with the establishment's operations coordinator, so it is important that you are communicative and have good collaboration skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The role of administrator involves handling a range of administrative tasks that are crucial for the efficiency and safety of the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
* A strong focus on managing and following up on cases in the reporting system for risk observations, where you will be responsible for ensuring cases are followed up, addressed, and closed.
* Collaborating with project managers and other staff to generate statistics and ensure a good working environment.
* Managing the company’s vehicles, including maintenance, inspections, and damage management, as well as supporting staff with these matters.
* Assisting with purchases and being helpful in receiving goods and packages.
* Supporting staff with permit management from authorities.
