We are now seeking an Engaged Project Administrator for an exciting assignment with our partner Cytiva in Uppsala. This is the initial consulting assignment with QRIOS Life Science, with desired start before the year-end.
As a consultant at QRIOS, you will have the opportunity to develop quickly and build experience in a dynamic and global project environment. The assignment is on-site in Uppsala and comprises full-time work.
About the Position
As a Project Administrator, you will become an important part of the Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) team at Cytiva, which drives change projects in production – such as introducing new products, improving production processes, and factory relocations.
You will, among other things:
• Support project managers with financial planning, follow-up, and resource planning
• Participate in daily follow-up work, including schedules and meeting preparations
• Manage access in Cytiva's documentation system (PLM/Magic)
• Update work instructions and other governing documents
• Write decision protocols and assist in workshops or other project activities
• Be flexible and open to taking on new administrative tasks as projects evolve
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who thrives in a coordinating role where order, service-mindedness, and accuracy are central. You enjoy creating structure in complex project environments and appreciate variety in tasks.
You have:
• Experience with administrative tasks, preferably within project organizations
• Project experience with technical or R&D focus
• Experience with document management systems in Life Science or other regulated operations
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, and good proficiency with Office suite and SharePoint
It is meritorious if you additionally have:
• Worked within GMP or other regulated operations
• Natural science or technical education
• Experience with Cytiva systems (Veeva, Magic)
• Previously worked at Cytiva or in a global environment with diverse cultures
