Your main responsibilities
As a designer at EAB Norrland, you will have a varied and broad role where you are involved in the entire process, from order to completed building. You will serve as a central link between sales, production, and assembly, collaborating closely with both internal teams and external partners.
Your responsibilities include, among others, designing and modeling in Tekla Structures, producing drawings and production documentation, as well as being responsible for quality work and documentation. You will participate in design and construction meetings and actively contribute to ensuring that the solutions meet the highest standards.
Your main tasks include:
• Designing and modeling in the 3D program Tekla Structures.
• Producing drawings and documentation for production and assembly.
• Coordinating and participating in design and construction meetings.
• Quality work, self-checks, and documentation.
• Creating specifications and schedules for materials and purchases.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is an educated engineer in construction or technology and who thrives in a role where structure, accuracy, and collaboration are important. You communicate easily with different functions and are accustomed to documenting your work correctly.
We would like you to have:
• An engineering degree in construction, technology, or similar.
• Experience in design, preferably in Tekla Structures.
• A good understanding of construction processes and technical documentation.
• The ability to create and maintain good relationships, both internally and externally.
• Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, at a professional level.
Experience in the steel or construction industry is an advantage.
