About the Role
As a project and production manager with us, you'll become the hub of our creative processes. You'll keep projects together from brief to delivery and ensure that timeline, budget, and quality are on point. You'll collaborate closely with designers, developers, strategists, and clients, with the ability to translate ideas into reality.
You'll lead projects in both communication and digital development, sometimes entire campaigns, sometimes web or app productions. Regardless, you know how to get people pulling in the same direction and delivering with pride.
Who Are You?

• Have experience leading creative or digital projects – preferably from an agency side
• Have a natural sense for structure, planning, and communication
• Thrive in a high-paced environment and are good at prioritizing
• Are comfortable with client contact and enjoy building relationships
• Have an eye for both visual and digital aspects
• See solutions where others see obstacles
Bonus if you have experience with agile working methods, digital production, and/or issue tracking systems like Jira or similar.
