About the Assignment
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (level 4) for one of our largest customers in the defense and industrial sector. The role involves leading the implementation of a new working method in ServiceNow, with the aim of streamlining and automating the organization's business processes.
You will be responsible for planning, leading, and following up on project implementation – from definition and design to implementation and deployment. Work will be conducted in close collaboration with developers, specialists, and business representatives.
The role includes, among other things:
• Developing and maintaining project plan, timeline, and budget
• Coordinating internal and external resources
• Ensuring deliveries meet quality requirements and security standards
• Managing communication and anchoring with relevant stakeholders
• Contributing to improved efficiency and quality through process automation
Who We Are Seeking
You are a driven and structured project manager with documented experience in IT projects, preferably within process development, platform implementations, or ServiceNow. You have a good understanding of business processes and their connection to IT support, are communicative, solution-oriented, and thrive in complex environments.
We would like you to have:
• Several years of project management experience in IT
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Good knowledge of ITSM or ServiceNow
• Excellent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience working in larger organizations or government agencies is meritorious
