We are now looking for a Mechatronics Engineer and Project Manager to join our R&D team. Join a global technology leader with over 150 years of innovation!
Our ergonomic product portfolio increases productivity and improves working conditions for thousands of operators globally—every single day. In this role, you will work with a portfolio of torque arms and electronic accessories, such as sensors and positioning systems, all playing a key role in improving industrial assembly processes. You will also work with our industrial PC. You will be responsible for both design updates and new development projects in close collaboration with our marketing department. This is a cross-functional role where you will interact with nearly all parts of the organization. Besides marketing, you will also cooperate with quality, other R&D disciplines, production sites, suppliers, and of course your team colleagues. You will document and update product data for our portfolio, as well as contribute to research and innovation initiatives.

• Develop new products in our portfolio
• Define and align scope and timeline
• Drive the project forward in a structured manner, including reporting status on deliverables, timelines, and budget
You will report to Johanna Johansson, Team Manager Station Ergonomics R&D.
You will need
• Master’s or bachelor's degree in mechatronics or equivalent (e.g., mechanical engineering with electronics experience)
• Several years of experience in engineering
• Experience in multidisciplinary project management
• Strong communication skills and the ability to drive projects and improvements
• Good knowledge of electronics: for example, analog & digital circuit design and PCB layout review
• Fluency in English
Meritous:
• Ability to perform mechanical design in CAD
• Embedded software experience: microcontrollers, real-time systems, communications
• Knowledge of electronics product verification and testing
• Product development experience
• Knowledge of electronic CAD systems such as Orcad and Altium

Job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site in Stockholm, Sweden (SE). The role includes travel to colleagues and customers worldwide, approximately 10-14 days per year.
